All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Personal Data. While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Address, city, state, province, ZIP/postal code
- Employment and income information (when You apply for financing)
- Usage Data
Sensitive Data
If You choose to submit a credit or financing application through the Service, We collect additional sensitive information that is necessary to process that application, which may include Your Social Security number and date of birth.
- We collect these fields only with Your consent, as part of a financing application You affirmatively submit, and use them solely to obtain credit reports and process Your financing request.
- These fields are stored encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Authorized staff must re-authenticate before viewing them, and each access is logged.
- We retain Your Social Security number and date of birth only as long as necessary to process Your application — generally no longer than 30 days after a financing decision is delivered — after which they are purged from Our systems. Non-sensitive application details and the record that You authorized the credit inquiry are retained as required by law.
- We do not sell this information and do not use it for marketing.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system, browser type and version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. The automatic collection of this data is needed both for the security of Our systems and for internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service and store certain information. We use both Session Cookies (deleted when You close Your browser) and Persistent Cookies for essential functionality, to remember Your preferences, and to analyze how Our Service is used. SMS
By providing a telephone number, You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Spady Auto Group. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Spady Auto Group does not share, buy, or sell opt-in consent with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We comply with all applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies. As described under Sensitive Data above, Social Security numbers and dates of birth collected for financing applications are purged on a short, defined schedule once a financing decision is delivered.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data We have collected about You. You may contact Us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Your personal information. Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement and other legal requirements. Sensitive financing data (such as Social Security number and date of birth) is encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorized personnel who must re-authenticate before viewing it, and each access is logged. While We use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data to perform tasks on Our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

We may use third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze the use of Our Service.
